Fix broken UI decorations

Use emojis instead of SVGs for UI decorations 1. 

(with-eval-after-load 'telega
  (setopt telega-symbols-emojify nil))

I do not understand why this helps, as

  • telega-emoji-use-images is nil (default)
  • telega-symbols-emojify says

“List of symbols to emojify if telega-emoji-use-images is non-nil.”
